If you want to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses, be sure to visit a Dentist in the CIGNA network so that you’ll also receive discounts on the total bill before reimbursement.

Dental Plan Reimbursement Chart

The Starbridge Dental Plan is paid for through reimbursement, which means that once you pay a $25 annual deductible, you’ll submit the bill to us and we’ll provide a certain dollar amount toward the procedure. Our reimbursement coverage includes the 45 most common preventive services.
