Staying healthy – wellness and prevention

tipBefore scheduling an exam or lab test, call your health plan to make sure that it is covered.

One of the primary functions of your health plan is to keep you healthy. Many plans offer incentives to do just that. Check to see if your plan offers:

    • Coverage for wellness visits, preventive care, and flu shots
    • Discounts on weight-loss and fitness programs
